The issue registrar is the source of the allotment result. A missing record, a busy server, or a failed request is not evidence that you were not allotted shares. Verify identifiers and consult the registrar or your broker when the result is unclear.

GMP and listing estimates

Grey market premium (GMP) is unofficial, may change sharply, and may be unavailable or stale. Any GMP-based calculation multiplies a third-party estimate by a share or lot quantity; it is illustrative and does not represent an actual gain, forecast, or guarantee. Market prices and final allocation can differ. This website does not place orders, accept IPO applications, or handle investment funds.

Dates, subscriptions, and educational content

Schedules and subscription figures are supplied by external services. Allotment dates are schedules, not confirmation of publication. Public offer rules and investor categories can differ by issue. Check the issuer’s offer document and official registrar or exchange records for the relevant issue.

Under ASBA, funds are blocked in the applicant’s bank account; excess amounts are unblocked according to the applicable process. Contact the bank or broker for a delayed release. Read SEBI’s ASBA explanation.
